    • Ang Embahada po ng Pilipinas ay nasa Riyadh po lamang at Konsalada nasa Jeddah. Pero meron po tayong satellite office sa Al Khobar. Hindi po puwedeng makasal ang may hawak na visit visa lamang.

      How to get an appointment to renew your passport

      1. The new appointment system is free of charge and the applicants may enlist themselves directly through either one of the following ways:
      o By e-mail to epptappt@philembassy-riyadh.org indicate the full name, contact number and preferred time and date for appointment.
      o By SMS (text) to 0560503895 indicating the full name and preferred time and date for appointment.
      o Family applicants must indicate all the names of its members. Otherwise only one slot would be provided to them.
      1. Applicant should make an appointment at least 3 days before his/her intended day of personal appearance in the Embassy.
      2. Applicant can request an appointment date and time.
      3. Applicant will be informed of the date and time of appointment.
      4. If the appointment is not confirmed, the applicant must request for another appointment.
      5. The applicant should be at the Embassy at least 15 minutes before the appointment for personal appearance.
      6. Late comers will be entertained after finishing all applicants who came on time.

      The Embassy is open Saturdays to Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon except on regular Philippine and Saudi holidays.

      Be ready with the requirements. Requirements for e-Passport renewal:

      2. Original old passport
      3. Photocopy of old passport (data page only)
      4. Duly accomplished passport application form that can be downloaded from the Embassy website: http://www.philembassy-riyadh.org or obtained from Window 1 of the Consular Section or at the Information Desk at the Embassy lobby (no photo needed)

      What to do on your appointment date
      • Come to the Embassy at least 15 minutes before the appointment time.
      • Proceed directly to the encoding Area for encoding
      • After encoding, proceed to Window 6 (Cashier) for payment.

      How do I get my new passport?

      Releasing of e-Passport (Window 3)

      1. Releasing will be in the afternoon only from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

      2. Bring the following:

      a. Original old passport
      b. Official receipt

      If you cannot appear personally to collect your new passport, you may authorize a representative and give him/her a signed letter of authorization stating your full name and the representative’s full name.

    ginagamit ng pinsan ko mag 14 yrs na sya dyan, ayaw niya kc isurrender ung name ko.

      Ipagpaumanhin po ninyo, hindi po ako taga Embassy, isa po akong OFW na katulad ninyo. Kung gusto mong mag inquire, puwede po bang hanapin ninyo sa ating sidebar ang website ng Philippine Embassy at kung hindi pa ito activated, puwede karing mag inquire sa kanilang facebook account na makikita sa isde bar ng ating blog. MArami po tayong mga important infos at mga links sa ating blog, iyan lamang kung may pasensya ka sa iyong oras na mag surf kung ano ang nilalaman ng ating blog.

Good morning po sa inyo… sir, tanong ko lang po. bakit po hindi pinapayagan ng company namin ang mga tauhan namin na umowi pagkatapos ng two years na contrata nila? sa halip iniipit pa nila eto at hindi ibinibigay ang sahod… kaya walang magawa ang mag tauhan namin kundi mag trabaho nalang na kahit hindi na nila gusto dahil sa ibat ibang uri ng panluluko na ginagawa ng aming kompanya….. paano ba natin matulongan ang ating mga kabayan sa ganitong prolema?

      Maaari nilang i-hold muna pansamantala ang worker dahil sa pangangailangan ng tao or sa inyong serbisyo na ikaw lang ay eksperto nito at walang ibang may alam. Pero dapat ito ay naayon sa batas paggawa na kung saan maaring hingin ng employer ang extension or postponement ang alis ng worker sa loob ng 90 days from the date of the expiration of the workers contract, Artikulo 109 ng Saudi Labor Law. Ngunit pagkatapos nito ay kailangan na kung hihingi uli ng postponement ang employer, ito ay dapat sang-ayonan na ng worker or may consent ang worker. Kung ayaw ng worker, walang magagawa ang employer. Kung ang sponsor ay lalabag sa panuntunan ng batas na ito maaari kasohan ng worker ang employer.

      Kung may time ka, pumasyal ka sa ating Labor office. Hanapin sa ating blog ang mga contact numbers. Puno po ng information ang ating blog basta may time ka lang na maghanap at may pasensya ka.

      Number 1 requirement ang birth certificate at ang exact location mo sa Pilipinas. Mayron pong teplepono ang Phil. Embassy, amkikita mo ito sa sidebar ng ating blog. Puwede kang tumawag at magtanong sa requirements.

      Wala ba kayong communication ng iyong asawa? Wala ba siyang cell phone man lang or maki gamit ng cell phone para malaman ang sitwasyon niya dito sa KSA?

      Hindi po ako taga embassy, isa lang po akong abang OFW na nag disseminate po ng mahalagang information galing sa ating embahada. Bilang isang Filipino Community leader, ako po ay pinapadalhan nila ng email tungkol sa kanilang mga advisories. Minsan sa kanilang website, may mga mahalagang infos na akin namang pino-post sa blog para sa kapakanan or kagalingan ng aming hanay.

      Puntahan mo ang kanilang website or tawagan ang mga numerong makikita sa ating blog.

      The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh announces its schedule for outreach consular services missions, commonly known as the “Embassy on Wheels”, for the year 2011.

      While the schedule is tentative, the Embassy will exert its best to stick to the schedule provided that venues are confirmed and approval of the host government are obtained for each outreach consular mission.

      Starting January 2011, the Embassy’s consular outreach missions, or the Embassy On Wheels (EOW), will be adopting an appointment system for its passport services to avoid the inconvenience associated with the long queues during the past Embassy On Wheels.

      The new appointment system is free of charge and the applicants shall enlist themselves directly through either one of the following ways:

      (indicate the full name, contact number, and the city in Saudi Arabia of applicant/s) By SMS (text): send a text message to 0540269731 with the following:

      Family applicants must indicate all the names of its members, otherwise only one slot would be provided to them.

      One week before the scheduled EOW, the list of those who would be served during the EOW passport services will be posted on the Embassy website (www.philembassy-riyadh.org). Those who could not be accommodated for the particular EOW will be automatically listed for the next EOW.

      The next EOW is tentatively scheduled on 27-28 January 2011 at the International Philippine School in Al Khobar (IPSA), Al Khobar, Eastern Region. END

      According to their Advisory, the EOW (Embassy On Wheels) will continue their mission to Al Khobar each of the last months of this year. It means EOW will comeback to Al Khobar this coming November and December. As soon as i receive their Advisory, I will surely post in our blog. Minister ConGen Tago wants to make sure that the directives from DFA will be implemented in the the service to the OFWs in the Eastern REgion.

      Please try to check every now and then for the said posting.
