Note: The Documents herein posted are scanned from the original documents obtained from Philippine Overseas Labor Office/OWWA in Riyadh. (The POEA and OWWA official receipts , The OWWA Certificate of Membership and Overseas Employment Certificate). While the PHILHEALTH receipt – the print out was from ENJAZ Remittance Center in Batha, Riyadh. The Pag-IBIG Fund receipt was issued by the Pag-IBIG office in Cebu. The receipt showed my monthly housing amortization payment as proof that I am a member of Pag-IBIG.

The OEC, issued by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), serves as proof that its holder is a documented OFW whose employment abroad has been certified compliant with the agency’s deployment regulations.

POEA Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)  also exempts the OFW from payment of travel tax and airport terminal fee.
